Starbucks is kicking off the 2026 holiday season with a menu packed with festive flavors, returning favorites, and exciting new additions. The lineup features tiramisu-inspired coffee drinks, apple-pomegranate Refreshers, seasonal bakery treats, and familiar classics like Peppermint Mocha and Gingerbread Chai. With holiday cups, limited-edition merchandise, and the return of Red Cup Day, there’s plenty for customers to look forward to this season.
New Tiramisu Velvet Drinks and Apple Pomegranate Refreshers Join the Menu

Starbucks is giving its holiday lineup a fresh twist this year with drinks inspired by familiar dessert and fruit flavors. Leading the new additions is the Tiramisu Velvet collection, which brings the taste of the classic Italian dessert into the coffeehouse. The Tiramisu Velvet Latte combines Starbucks espresso, milk, and vanilla syrup, finished with Velvet Mascarpone Cold Foam and a dusting of cocoa. Customers can order it hot or iced. The Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew offers a cooler alternative, pairing Starbucks Cold Brew with vanilla syrup, mascarpone cold foam, and cocoa. Another notable addition is the Apple Pomegranate Refresher, which combines crisp apple flavors with popping pomegranate-flavored pearls. Customers looking for something creamier can try the Snowy Apple version, made with coconut milk, while lemonade offers a brighter, citrus-forward variation. The Refreshers also come with different caffeine options, including a caffeine-free version, a classic option, and an Energy Refresher variation. Together, these drinks give customers more choices beyond the traditional rich and chocolate-heavy holiday coffee lineup.
Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Sugar Cookie Latte, and Gingerbread Chai Return

For many Starbucks customers, the holiday season does not feel complete without a few familiar drinks returning to the menu. The 2026 lineup brings back four recognizable favorites: Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Sugar Cookie Latte, and Gingerbread Chai. The Peppermint Mocha combines espresso, steamed milk, mocha sauce, and peppermint-flavored syrup, finished with whipped cream and dark chocolate curls. The Caramel Brulée Latte pairs espresso and steamed milk with rich caramel brulée sauce, whipped cream, and caramel brulée topping. It is available hot, iced, and as a Frappuccino blended beverage. The Sugar Cookie Latte returns with espresso, milk, and sugar cookie-flavored syrup, finished with festive red and green sprinkles. Gingerbread fans can enjoy chai-inspired options featuring warm spices and gingerbread-flavored cold foam. Starbucks is also introducing new variations, including Iced Caramel Brulée Cream Chai, Iced Sugar Cookie Cream Matcha, and Iced Gingerbread Cream Chai. Seasonal cold foams add another layer of customization, with flavors such as gingerbread, peppermint chocolate, sugar cookie, caramel brulée, and velvet mascarpone. Many can be made non-dairy, and Starbucks says the holiday cold foams can also be prepared with protein, adding approximately 15 grams to a grande beverage.
Seasonal Treats Include Bearista Cake Pops, Snowman Cookies, and Cranberry Bliss Bars

The holiday bakery case is getting its own collection of festive additions, giving customers plenty to pair with their seasonal drinks. New this year is the Bearista Cake Pop, inspired by Starbucks’ recognizable bear-shaped cold cup. The bite-sized treat combines vanilla cake and buttercream frosting before being coated in chocolatey icing. The Snowman Cookie is returning with its familiar shortbread base, white chocolatey icing, and decorative scarf and earmuffs. Another seasonal favorite, the Cranberry Bliss Bar, features a soft blondie-style cake with dried cranberries, cream cheese icing, and orange zest. Customers can also purchase it as a whole tray for holiday gatherings. The Sugar Plum Cheese Danish adds another option, with buttery pastry, a light cream cheese filling, and spiced sugar-plum spread. Beyond the bakery case, Starbucks is introducing two warm sandwiches for customers looking for something more filling. The Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese combines tender braised short rib, caramelized onion jam, Dijon, and melted Cheddar, Parmesan, and mozzarella on buttery sourdough. The refreshed Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich brings together sliced turkey, traditional stuffing, gravy, and cranberry sauce on a cranberry baguette. These savory additions give the holiday menu more variety than sweet treats and coffee alone.
Festive Holiday Cups, Seasonal Coffee Blends, and Red Cup Day Bring More Holiday Cheer

Starbucks is extending its holiday launch beyond the food and drink menu with seasonal packaging, merchandise, and coffee offerings. This year’s holiday cup designs feature ribbons and bows, combining traditional Starbucks green and red with shades of mint, antique gold, cranberry, and creamy white. The hot cups feature holiday trees and decorative bows, while the cold cup designs include evergreen details and red ribbons. For the first time, the company is also introducing a limited-edition holiday Pup Cup design at select coffeehouses, available for a limited time while supplies last. Seasonal whole-bean coffees are another part of the lineup. Christmas Blend, a tradition dating back to 1984, combines aged beans from Sumatra with dark-roasted coffees from Asia-Pacific, Guatemala, and Colombia. Holiday Blend brings together Latin American and Sumatran coffees, with notes of sweet maple and herbs. Thanksgiving Blend adds another seasonal option, featuring coffees from Sumatra, Ethiopia, and Guatemala with notes of candied pecan, sage, and dried fig. Customers can also look forward to holiday merchandise, including cold cups, tumblers, and gift items. One date worth remembering is November 17, when Starbucks will hold its annual Red Cup Day. Customers who purchase a handcrafted holiday beverage at participating stores that day can receive a collectible reusable red cup, while supplies last. The holiday menu launches November 5, but the celebrations continue with additional merchandise and seasonal releases throughout the weeks ahead.
